A core focus of our mission is hands-on mentorial coaching and strategic apprenticeships. By opening our studio workflows to aspiring sign painters and creative minds from diverse backgrounds, we transfer time-honoured typographic disciplines to the next generation.
Nick has complete level 3 counselling skills as part of his ongoing committment to empathic, supportive and mindful collaboration.
We actively reinvest our time and expanded capacity into coaching grassroots talent and offering scalable design support to independent community spaces. Through this dedication to mentorship, we ensure that London’s rich typographic heritage remains a living, vibrant, and accessible craft for decades to come.
